Join us this November in our ‘Squat in November’ Challenge – a fun, easy way to get active and support Children’s Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres.

This is your chance to do something extraordinary to help Ireland’s sick children in Connolly, Crumlin, Tallaght & Temple Street. Will you join in the fun and help us make this a special challenge?

Each and every day across CHI hospitals and urgent care centres in Connolly, Crumlin, Tallaght and Temple Street, sick children and their worried parents are coming through the doors in need of world-class paediatric care and treatment.

Create a Fundraiser

Your support helps fund essential, urgent and life-saving work by raising the funds needed and makes a real and lasting difference in the lives of sick children.

This challenge is tough! But it’ll make a huge difference to sick child in CHI at Crumlin & Temple Street.

It is so simple and easy to do - Set yourself a 30-day challenge to complete 3000 squats - at home, outdoors, at school or online with friends.

Maybe set some friendly competition with your family or friends to see who can clock up the most squats each day? Once you have decided, all you need to do is follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Sign Up.
To sign up, get in touch with the Community Engagement Team by emailing Communities@childrenshealth.ie

2. Fundraise.
Get everyone involved. Ask family & friends for support. You can even ask them to join you in the challenge.

3. Get squatting!
Start tracking your squats and share pictures & videos on your fundraising page
