Join us in Fit For February
- 30 Minutes of Activity a Day

Our “Fit For February” Challenge is a fun, healthy way to get active while supporting Children’s Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres.

What you do is up to you!  You could:

  • Walk – before, during lunch or after work with colleagues or friends.
  • Cycle – to or from work or college.
  • Run – alone for some “me-time” or with friends or colleagues
  • Play a team sport – a bit of team building

or mix it up and do something different every day.  Be as creative as you like!
