Download and Complete the Application Form:
- Download the application form from the download box below for the relevant funding call application.
- Type your application scan and submit digitally as per the instructions below.
- Only typed forms submitted digitally can be accepted.
- Ensure the form is fully completed and signed.
2. Attach Necessary Documents:
- Gather all required supporting documents.
- Merge the completed forms and save as a single PDF.
- The website will not accept multiple documents.
3. Scan and Submit Your Application:
- Visit this page again when you are ready to scan and submit your application.
- Go to the submission form below.
- Click the submission button for the relevant funding call application.
- You will be directed to the submission webpage.
- Attach your single PDF document to the form. (Which may include the supporting documentation).
- Press “Submit.
4. Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email from the website upon submission.
- Applications will not be accepted by any other method.
5. Deadline:
- Complete and submit your application by 5pm on 20th July, 2025.

Families First Funding Call 2025
Children's Health Foundation will fund 1. Patient, Family and Staff Impact Initiatives 2. New and Emerging Services / Development Initiatives up to €500,000
Clinical & Medical Education Funding Application Form
Children's Health Foundation will fund 50% of the total course or training fee of successful individual applicants up to a maximum of €5,000. For multidisciplinary team requests funds of up to €30,000 will be considered.
