Car Raffle

It’s difficult to put into words the wonderful difference your kind support makes.

Without your support of our raffles, we would not be able to continue to provide world-class specialist care to our little patients and their families.

The demand for services grows year on year with more and more children coming through the doors of Children’s Health Ireland doors. And that’s why we’re hoping you will sell raffle tickets to your family and friends this year.

If you would like to support our car raffle by selling tickets, please email raffle@childrenshealth.ie. A book of tickets will be posted to you – tickets are €3 each and there are 32 tickets in a book. If you sell them all, you’ll be entered into a special Seller’s Prize Draw where you could win €500.

You could win a brand-new car! The draw closes for entries at 23:59 on 24th July 2026, and the draw will take place on 31st July 2026

The real power of your kindness and generosity is that it helps to ensure our little patients have access to the very best paediatric equipment, facilities and supports when they need it most.

Thank you so much for being a real champion for sick children. Your support means the world to us.

Thank you for giving every sick child the very best chance.

Help give children like Saoirse the very best chance and take part in our Car Raffle this year.

Saoirse, born in January 2015, was a healthy baby until she developed a serious kidney infection at just over a year old. Persistent blood in her urine prompted further investigation, and in 2018 a biopsy confirmed she had the same hereditary kidney condition as her father, Gary. Over the following years her kidney function gradually declined despite careful management, and in 2025 she began haemodialysis after a prolonged hospital admission.

Since then, Saoirse has been travelling from County Clare to Temple Street three times a week for treatment, while navigating the emotional and practical challenges of illness within a family already familiar with dialysis. Throughout it all, Saoirse has maintained her bright spirit, and she is now officially on the deceased donor transplant list as the family waits for the life-changing call.
